This role includes financial planning, budget oversight, cost control, and the development of strategies that maximize profitability while maintaining compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
With a strategic and analytical approach, the Finance Department provides key insights to support risk management, investment decisions, and long-term growth priorities. Additionally, it oversees the accounting team and fosters a culture of operational efficiency and continuous improvement, strengthening Vetrazzo Construction’s reputation as a reliable and professional leader in the residential construction sector.
Leads the operational execution of all residential projects, overseeing every stage of the construction process with a rigorous focus on meeting established deadlines and quality standards. Their management ensures that all works are carried out in compliance with local regulations, guaranteeing efficient and safe operations.
